About Us

Window + Door Store Cape started as a small outlet store in Maitland, Cape Town in 2011. Purchasing bespoke joinery from the father company, in Port Alfred at the time, and then selling onto prospective clients. After a period of two years demand was exceeding supply and our client based had grown to such an extent that the decision was made to open up a factory in Cape Town. In 2013 our factory opened its doors in Beaconvale Parow. The company thrived and in the short space of three years we found ourselves having outgrown our space and larger premises were required. In October 2016, we found ourselves moving into a 3000-square meter factory in Elsies River Industrial where we are still located at present.

  • Lead Times & Availability

We usually work on a 14-working day waiting period this however is subject to the nature of work that needs to be completed. For example, a sliding Sash Window will take longer to make than a normal door frame. This lead time is conveyed to the client and we work in conjunction with the builder on site and programmes are established to ensure all parties are on the same page.
